SUPERFLEX
Recently we have introduced in the market an innovative line of products called NEWTEX
SUPERFLEX, developed for Lycra and elasticized
fabrics. This range of product is very opaque and thanks to the low formaldehyde content of all the
components, whereby this range is in compliance with the latest European, American and Japanese
norms.
NOVATEX
Wide range of different water-based, clear and white opaque bases with soft hand designed to offer a system for textile printing with
a n extremely convenient price/performance ratio.
Special water-based inks and chemicals for discharge printing are presented in the same
line.
CROMATEX 2000 PIGMENTS
This is a complete range of special high concentrated pigments suitable for water-based inks developed by GRAFCO specifically for textile screen printing with fantastic
brightness, purity of shade and high opacity even on dark surfaces using the
water based Grafco lines like NEWTEX, NOVATEX or SY-TEX
. This line of products is the results of several years of research of our lab
to obtain the maximum colour efficience using screen printing
technology
SY-TEX
A range of ready-to-use water-based inks for textile screen printing, available in white and clear opaque
base or in ready to print shades, to use with and even without oven
polymerization. These products are extremely resistant to washing (even to enzymatic washing and stone
washing) and highly opaque on dark fabrics, whether cotton or synthetic. The use of
Cromatex 2000 pigments with SY-TEX bases or ready to use shades can satisfy any color
request.
These ink line was studied to offer the maximum adhesion properties and the
maximum washing fastness on any synthetic fabrics made in polyester, polyammide
,acrilic and so on . The printings made with this ink, are resistant to heavy washing and industrial
finishing, even on work clothes, and also to dry cleaning; moreover they have been formulated in order not to receive the dyes generally used for garment dyeing ( TINTO CAPO).
The white and clear SY-TEX products are often combined with the other ranges of GRAFCO
inks, since they enable maximum resistance to treatment, dyeing and washing to be
achieved.
A range of additives which permits application at lower temperatures or even at
room temperature is also
available.
PRINTABLE FLOCKING ADHESIVES
We have developed different types of adhesives for textile screen printing and subsequent electrostatic flocking with many possibilities of reticulation either by oven or at room temperature.
AVANTEX
A vast range of ready-to-use plastisol inks PHTHALATE FREE for textile screen printing with optimized opacity on dark fabrics and brightness of
shades. All the pigments used in this line are obviously lead-free and present fantastic printability and a low curing temperature ( 140 C° - 150 C°).
We also have all the additives and special products such as fast-curing White, expanding
additives, special bases for 3D printing, matting bases, very soft hand bases for white
fabrics, process color, fluo colors, glow-in-the-dark colors, catalyst for nylon application and so on.
