INKS & CHEMICAL SPECIALTIES FOR TRANSFER PRINTING
Here are some of the latest systems studied for this sector of screen printing tecnology.

AQUATRAN SYSTEM
New system of transfer production based on a innovative line of water based screen printing inks with a fantastic printability and a exceptional flexibility . The transferred printings are opaque, very elastic and flexible and offer a very good adhesion on a large range of cotton fibers blends and synthetic fibers blends.This range of materials has been  recently developped by Grafco to satisfy the requests of PVC free and phtalate free transfer printings from our clients.

AVANTEX 100 TRANSFER    Phthalate free plastisol     new  !!! 
This is a system consisting of a special transfer paper, special backing of plastisol adhesive and special GRAFCO screen-printing inks with drying process at room temperature (maximum precision of registers).
Using these materials it is possible to obtain excellent opaque transfers with very high definition, brightness and resistance to washing.

HIGH-GRADE REFLECTIVE TRANSFER
We produce special printable thermoadhesives to use together with our reflective transfer films to obtain reflective prints with an unbelievably high degree of luminosity.
This technology is used a great deal on sports garments, children's wear and technical garments.

GRAFCO HF FLOCK TRANSFER
A special flocked film is available on a thin pasteboard base, which offers excellent printability and register in screen printing and high precision in diecutting.
We have improved some specific water-based printing inks suitable for high frequency bonding,
which bestow very bright hues to the flocked surface without losing flock softness and with no problem of color fastness on washing.
This system gives multicolor, raised, flocked prints on any HF workable surface such as cotton fabrics, polyester fabrics and PVC.
This technology is also used for technical garments, sports fabrics, footwear, bags and fashion trend applications.


FLOCK TRANSFER
We produce chemical specialties and water-based printable binders suitable for flock transfer production, also in the sports and haute-couture sectors. Thermoadhesive powders, special transfer flock papers and any materials you may need for this application are also available.
